Role Description
The US IT Recruiter role is a full-time remote position responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for technology roles across the United States. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and screening IT candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating hiring manager discussions, and guiding applicants through each stage of the recruitment process. The recruiter will create and post job descriptions, maintain candidate pipelines,



and use various tools and platforms to identify qualified professionals. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to understand role requirements, negotiating offers within guidelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience that aligns with Nexora Global Groups’ standards and client expectations.

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Candidates should possess skills in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting, with experience hiring for a range of US-based technology roles.
