Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Locations: • Pondicherry • Madurai • Salem • Tiruchirappalli for Sales Manager, Assistant Manager, and Sales Executive positions. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and promoting SIS Group’s Security,



Facility Management, and Cash Logistics services. Team members are expected to meet sales targets, prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and participate in negotiations with prospective and existing clients. Daily tasks include market research, pipeline management, coordination with operations and finance teams, and accurate reporting of sales activities. The role also requires maintaining high standards of professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to local business growth initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development abilities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Knowledge of Security, Facility Management, or Cash Logistics services, or willingness to quickly learn these domains.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
