We're looking for someone to work directly with the founders on whatever RISE needs most at any given moment — strategy, operations, growth, you name it. Whether you're just starting out or already have some experience, you'll get a front-row seat to how an early-stage startup actually runs.

What you'll work on
- Support founders on strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives




- Research and pull together insights to inform key business decisions
- Coordinate across teams to keep priority projects moving
- Pick up ad-hoc problems and see them through end to end

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a small, fast-moving team
