Role Description
The Senior Chemist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jadcherla. The Senior Chemist will oversee laboratory operations, including conducting chemical analyses, supervising testing procedures, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, performing quality control checks on raw materials and finished products, and documenting analytical results.



The role involves supporting research and development initiatives, optimizing formulations, and contributing to process improvements. The Senior Chemist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide junior laboratory staff, and help maintain regulatory compliance and industry best practices.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Laboratory Skills and hands-on experience with chemical testing and instrumentation.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control experience, including sampling, inspection, and adherence to industry standards.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills for data interpretation, troubleshooting, and reporting of test results.
- Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D;) and Research capabilities to support new product development and process optimization.
- Relevant academic background such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s
