What We're Looking For:
- 4–6 years of Non-IT Talent Acquisition experience.
- Prior experience in leading or managing a recruitment team.
- Solid stakeholder management and hiring partner collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Candidates with experience in the Interior Fit-Out, Real Estate, or Construction industry will be preferred.
