HSE Supervisor / Safety Supervisor ( NEBOSH IGC Certified)

Function: EHS

Location: L&T; Hydrocarbon MFF - Hazira, Surat

Reports To: EHS Lead

Vacancies - 3 Nos

Salary Range: Rs. 35,000 to 60,000 per month (No Hidden Portion)

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Full-Time Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering + 1-Year State Technical Board approved Safety Diploma.
- Certification: NEBOSH IGC.
- Experience: 1 to 6 years of relevant professional experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Core Safety: Develop and implement project EHS plans, procedures, and the EHS Yard Manual.
- Compliance & Audits: Ensure full legal compliance; conduct site inspections, daily Toolbox Talks, and QMS/EMS/OHSAS internal audits.
- Operations:



Oversee the issuance of Work Permits and verification of Lifting Plans.
- Sustainability: Collect data and drive site-level initiatives for carbon and water neutrality.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with clients/project teams, lead safety training, and organize HSE Committee meetings.
