Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Finance MIS reports.
- Maintain and update financial data with high accuracy.
- Prepare management reports on revenue, expenses, collections, receivables, and profitability.
- Reconcile financial data between Tally and MIS reports.
- Generate reports using Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, IF functions, Charts, Dashboards).
- Maintain accounting records in Tally ERP.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Analyse financial statements and identify trends or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial data collection and validation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
