Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Quality Engineer role based in Chikkamagaluru. The Quality Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining quality standards for projects and deliverables, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, industry norms, and client requirements.



Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and reviewing project documentation, conducting inspections and audits, analyzing quality data, and identifying root causes of defects or non-conformities. The role also involves collaborating with project teams to develop corrective and preventive actions, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and preparing clear quality reports and documentation. The Quality Engineer will work closely with engineering, project management, and client stakeholders to maintain consistent product and service quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Quality Engineering and Quality Management, with the ability to design and implement effective quality frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in Quality Control, including inspections, testing, and verification of project deliverables.
