Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Sales Director – Call Center
to lead and scale outbound telesales operations in India. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing large sales teams, optimizing call center performance, and building a high-performing sales culture.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in outbound telesales operations, team leadership, KPI management, coaching,



and sales process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the outbound sales call center to achieve business targets
- Develop sales processes, SOPs, and operational policies
- Define and track KPIs for telesales teams
- Create effective sales scripts, campaigns, and promotional strategies
- Monitor call quality, team productivity, and customer interactions
- Analyze sales data and operational metrics to improve efficiency and conversions
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and training sessions
- Handle escalated customer concerns and complex operational issues
- Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention
- Manage workforce planning, hiring, and performance management
- Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership on business growth strategies
