Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads gathered from marketing campaigns or databases.
- Property Pitching: Explain ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, pricing, configurations, and key amenities.
- Visit Scheduling: Book site visits or virtual meetings for prospective clients with field sales executives.
- Inquiry Handling: Answer inbound phone, email, or chat queries regarding property features and location perks.
- Database Management: Log daily call outcomes, client feedback, and lead status updates accurately in CRM software.
- Follow-Ups: Call back interested prospects regularly to nurture relationships through the buying cycle
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
