Work mode – Work from office
Skills & Experience Required - 6 – 9 years (Relevant in end to end WFM Real Time Analysis & Scheduling. Hands on experience in IEX, Avaya, Genesys, Nice is mandatory)
NOTE: Strong people management experience with minimum 2 years of TL on papers
Qualification- Any graduates and post graduates
Excellent Communication (Verbal & Written)
Versatile In shift – Night (24/7)
Notice period- Immediate – 30 Days
5 Days Working 2 Days Off 2 Way Cabs
