Role Description
The Tender Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Jammu. The Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders,



reviewing tender notifications and requirements, and coordinating the preparation and submission of tender documents within defined timelines. Daily tasks include gathering technical and commercial inputs from internal teams, ensuring compliance with tender specifications, maintaining tender documentation and records, and tracking tender status, follow-ups, and outcomes. The role involves preparing cost estimates, assisting in pricing strategies, and supporting negotiations in coordination with sales and management. The Tender Executive will liaise with clients, government departments, and vendors as needed, while supporting reporting, data analysis, and process improvements related to tender management.
