About the Position $3 per task, less than 5-15min while you work your other jobs

We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to complete a simple, repeatable task one or a few times per day.

This is designed as supplemental work for someone who may already have another virtual assistant job or other clients. You are welcome to work another job while completing tasks for us.

This is not an hourly or salaried position. You will be paid for each task you successfully complete, with payments issued weekly.

Task Length

Each assignment should typically take approximately 5 to 15 minutes, depending on the size of the list, your experience, and how quickly you complete the process.

Because the task is short and repeatable, it is ideal for someone who is already online during U.S. business hours and wants to earn additional income between other responsibilities.

Compensation
Paid a flat rate for each successfully completed task

Payments are issued weekly

The more assigned tasks you successfully complete, the more you can earn

Availability

Tasks will primarily be assigned during U.S. business hours and may occur one or a few times throughout the day.

We are ideally looking for someone who is already awake and working during U.S. hours, such as someone currently handling another virtual assistant position overnight in their local time zone.

You Must Be Able To
Monitor task notifications during your agreed availability window

Begin assigned tasks promptly

Complete tasks as soon as reasonably possible after they are assigned

Communicate immediately if you cannot complete an assignment

Fast response times and reliability are key for this role.

Requirements
Previous experience using GoHighLevel is required

Comfortable using Google Sheets

Comfortable importing and exporting CSV files

Reliable computer and internet connection

Strong attention to detail
