Job Summary

Surya International Enterprise Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to manage the day-to-day warehouse operations for solar products. The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, logistics coordination, dispatch planning, billing coordination, and ensuring the protected handling of all warehouse materials.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise all daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Take care of all solar products, including modules, inverters, batteries, structures, and accessories.
- Monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock verification.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery and transportation of materials.
- Work closely with the Billing Coordinator to ensure accurate billing and dispatch documentation.




- Ensure proper loading, unloading, packing, and safe handling of materials.
- Prepare daily inward, outward, and stock reports.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Resolve warehouse-related issues and ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse procedures.

Eligibility
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in the solar, electrical, manufacturing, or logistics industry.
