Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and organized Education Coordinator to manage academic operations, coordinate with teachers, support students and parents, and ensure the successful delivery of online and offline educational programs. The ideal candidate should possess robust communication skills, educational planning experience, and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily academic activities across ILMORA learning programs.
- Manage teacher onboarding, scheduling,



attendance, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with students and parents regarding classes, assessments, and progress.
- Ensure curriculum delivery aligns with CBSE, ICSE, IB, and State Board guidelines.
- Monitor student engagement and academic performance using LMS reports.
- Organize webinars, workshops, orientation sessions, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Collaborate with content developers to improve course materials and assessments.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, certificates, and documentation.
- Resolve student and faculty queries promptly.
- Prepare weekly and monthly academic performance reports.
- Support implementation of AI-powered learning features and educational initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, English, Science, Management, or a related field.
