Job Title: Telecaller (Loan Process)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month + Incentives

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our team for loan process handling. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining loan products, and converting leads into successful cases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Explain loan products and services clearly
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Achieve monthly sales targets (₹25 Lakhs)
- Maintain proper call records and customer data

Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in loan/finance telecalling
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of loan products (personal loan, business loan, etc.)
- Target-oriented mindset
