Job Summary

The HR Executive – Sales Recruitment is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for Sales Agent and Inside Sales roles. This role focuses on meeting hiring targets, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and partnering with hiring managers to build high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales Agents and Inside Sales positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and campus hiring.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain a solid pipeline of qualified sales candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding activities.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.




- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR database.
- Build relationships with recruitment partners, colleges, and job consultants.
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs and hiring events.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment regulations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresher or 1 years min of experience in recruitment, preferably hiring sales or inside sales professionals.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and interviewing methods.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/ATS software.
