We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Executive with hands-on experience managing Shopify stores. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ecommerce operations, product management, website merchandising, order management, and performance optimization to drive online sales and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Shopify website, including product listings, collections, pricing, inventory updates, and content changes.
- Upload new products with accurate descriptions, images, SKUs, tags, and product attributes.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day ecommerce operations, including order processing, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
- Manage Shopify themes, apps, integrations, and basic troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams for banners, campaigns, landing pages,



and promotional updates.
- Plan and execute website merchandising strategies to improve product visibility and sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to avoid stock-outs or incorrect listings.
- Generate ecommerce reports and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and product performance.
- Support implementation of promotional campaigns, discount codes, offers, and seasonal sales.
- Stay updated with Shopify features, ecommerce trends, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience managing Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.
- Robust understanding of ecommerce operations and online retail processes.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify backend, product uploads, collections, and store management.
- Basic knowledge of website analytics and performance tracking.
- Experience working with ecommerce tools, apps, and integrations.
