Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Immigration Branch Sales Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our immigration office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving branch performance, achieving sales targets, ensuring operational excellence, managing teams, and delivering an exceptional client experience while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the branch, ensuring smooth coordination between Sales, Case Management, and Administration.
- Drive monthly revenue targets by monitoring team performance and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales consultants, immigration consultants, and support staff.
- Monitor lead generation, conversions, client follow-ups, and sales performance through CRM and MIS reports.
- Ensure clients receive accurate immigration advice and high-quality service throughout their journey.
- Review branch KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present updates to senior management.




- Handle client escalations and resolve complaints professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, immigration regulations, documentation standards, and ethical business practices.
- Monitor employee attendance, productivity, discipline, and overall branch efficiency.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, seminars, and lead-generation activities.
- Build strategic relationships with local businesses, referral partners, and networking groups to increase business opportunities.
- Maintain branch profitability by controlling operational expenses and optimising resources.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in immigration, overseas education, visa consulting, or a similar service industry.
