Role Description
The Inside Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will engage with prospective learners, explain course offerings, and guide them through the enrollment process. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting follow-up calls and messages,



and maintaining accurate records in CRM or related systems. The role involves understanding learner needs, offering appropriate course recommendations, and delivering qualified customer service throughout the sales cycle. The Inside Sales Executive will collaborate with the training and placement teams to ensure that enrolled learners are supported and that sales targets and performance metrics are met.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience handling end-to-end sales conversations.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing pipelines.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with diverse learners and stakeholders.
