- Hands-on experience with
TIBCO EBX (MDM)
- Solid knowledge of
Java, SQL, REST APIs
- Experience with
JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- Production support (L2/L3), incident management, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Oracle/SQL Server databases
- Experience with Git, Maven, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 production support for TIBCO EBX applications
- Troubleshoot application, integration, and data-related issues
- Develop and maintain EBX workflows, data models, and business rules
- Perform bug fixes, root cause analysis, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and enhancements
