Role Description
The Supervisor – Last Mile Operations is a full-time, on-site role located in Piduguralla, responsible for overseeing daily last-mile delivery activities. This role includes managing delivery associates,



coordinating route planning, monitoring shipment status, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers. The supervisor will track performance metrics, address operational issues, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. Responsibilities also include liaising with internal teams and external partners, managing documentation and compliance requirements, and maintaining high standards of safety and customer satisfaction. The role requires hands-on involvement on the ground to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies and operational guidelines.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in last-mile delivery, logistics operations, or supply chain supervision, preferably within eCommerce or transportation environments.
