Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle employee documentation, attendance, leave management, and HR records.
- Coordinate employee joining formalities and induction programs.
- Support payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.
- Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
- Address employee queries and provide HR support on day-to-day matters.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and employee databases.
- Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes.
- Support other HR Generalist activities as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate/MBA in Human Resources or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR Generalist functions.
- Good understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
