Position Overview
HireLink is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Trainee to join our team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to both IT & Non-IT recruitment, sourcing strategies, and end-to-end hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

Support the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates Use job portals, LinkedIn,



and other sourcing channels to identify potential candidates Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely communication with candidates Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers Assist in understanding client requirements and aligning suitable profiles Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability Support employer branding and other HR operational activities

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or currently pursuing) Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and take initiative
