We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Recruiter (preferrably male) to manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and sales positions. The incumbent should be residing in Western Suburbs of Mumbai (preferrably Dahisar to Andheri). The position reports directly to the Head HR and will play a key role in driving the organization's talent acquisition initiatives.
Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions while maintaining quality of hire.
- Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain ATS/database hygiene.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/MBA in HR or related discipline.
- 4-6 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in hiring for sales and corporate functions will be preferred.
