Role Description
The Area Sales Manager role at TripJack is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. In this role, the team member is responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring, managing,



and nurturing relationships with travel agents and corporate partners in the assigned region. Typical activities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales meetings and product demos, negotiating commercial terms, and supporting partners in maximizing the use of TripJack’s platform. The Area Sales Manager monitors market trends, competitor activities, and regional performance metrics to develop and execute effective sales strategies. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, ongoing support, and high levels of partner satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Strong sales, business development, and account management skills, with experience in meeting and exceeding regional sales targets.
- Solid knowledge of the travel industry, particularly B2B travel distribution, online travel platforms, or agency networks.
