Role Description
This full-time, on-site Sales Manager role is based in Bengaluru and supports Rosetta Hospitality’s portfolio of luxury resorts. The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities including identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing corporate and travel trade accounts,



and nurturing relationships with key partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and tracking performance against revenue targets. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with brand positioning, participating in events and trade shows, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The Sales Manager will work closely with resort leadership to ensure occupancy, rate, and revenue goals are met while maintaining a high standard of guest and partner experience.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality sales, preferably in luxury resorts or hotels, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Robust skills in business development and account management, including prospecting, relationship building, and contract negotiation.
