We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage the entire spectrum of human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and HR operations, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Oversee payroll processing and statutory compliance
- Plan and execute employee engagement and performance evaluation activities.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth HR operations.




- Prepare HR reports and assist management in strategic workforce planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field .
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
