Key Responsibilities:

1. Payment Posting & Data Entry
- Post payments, adjustments, and denials accurately into the system.
- Process data from EOBs, Remittance Advice, Insurance Checks, Patient Payment Stubs, and Payer Correspondence.
- Verify payment amounts, denial codes, adjustments, and claim details.

2. Productivity & SLA
- Meet daily/hourly productivity targets.
- Complete work within defined turnaround time (TAT) and SLA.
- Handle high transaction volumes consistently.

3. Quality & Accuracy
- Maintain 98%+ accuracy in data entry.
- Minimize errors by following SOPs and client guidelines.
- Ensure complete and accurate transaction processing.

4. Exception Management
- Identify incomplete or invalid documents.
- Route exceptions to the appropriate queue.
- Escalate discrepancies or complex cases when required.

5. Process Compliance
- Follow standard workflows and compliance requirements.
- Report recurring issues and support process improvements.
- Participate in training and skill development programs.





Required Qualifications:
- 01 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM
- Basic knowledge of EOBs, Remittance Advice, and payment posting.
- Understanding of denial codes and adjustments is an advantage.
- Willingness to work night shifts with rotational offs.

Required Skills:
- Typing speed of 30+ WPM with 98%+ accuracy.
- Intermediate English communication (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Solid attention to detail and data validation skills.
- Basic analytical and problem solving ability.

Education Requirement:
- Preference to Pharma/Science [Bio] background [Fresher Can Apply]
