About the Role:

Union Living is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee daily operations at our Baner property. The role focuses on ensuring smooth site management, maintaining high living standards, and delivering a seamless resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of the property.
- Handle tenant onboarding, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Address and resolve resident concerns promptly.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure property upkeep.
- Maintain records of occupancy, payments, and expenses.
- Support leasing and operations teams with property updates.





Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in property management, co-living, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
