Key Responsibilities
✅ Generate and convert new business leads for EPR Compliance, Sustainability Reporting, and ESG Consulting Services.
✅ Achieve monthly client acquisition and business development targets.
✅ Conduct field visits to industrial estates, manufacturing units, and corporate offices to identify prospective clients.
✅ Arrange meetings with CXOs, Plant Heads, EHS Heads, Sustainability Heads, Procurement Heads, and other key decision-makers.
✅ Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, referrals, and client visits.
✅ Represent the organization at client meetings, conferences,
and industry events.
✅ Maintain CRM records and provide regular business development reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
✔ Educational Background in Environmental Engineering, EHS, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related fields.
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
✔ Self-motivated and target-driven approach towards sales.
✔ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
✔ Prior experience in EPR, ESG, Sustainability, Environmental Compliance, EHS Services, or Consulting will be an added advantage.
About the Role
- This is a field-intensive business development role focused on expanding our EPR and ESG consulting portfolio by acquiring current corporate clients and building long-term business relationships.
