KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Patient Billing
- Generate IPD/OPD bills accurately in HMS software
- Verify patient admission details, room category, procedures, doctor charges, medicines & consumables
- Handle package billing, insurance, TPA, and corporate billing
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
- Technical: Proficiency in Hospital Management Software [HMS], MS Excel, Tally
- Knowledge: Understanding of IPD/OPD billing, CGHS, Ayushman Bharat, Insurance/TPA process
- Soft Skills: Positive communication, patient handling, accuracy, and basic accounting knowledge
- Other: Ability to work under pressure, night shifts if required
