Role Overview

We are looking for a
Staff Software Engineer
with
5–7 years of experience
to design, build, and scale high-performance software systems. This is a hands-on individual contributor role where you will drive technical decisions, solve complex engineering challenges, and establish engineering best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
- 5-7 years of experience in software engineering.
- Proven experience designing and scaling complex systems.
- Strong track record as a senior individual contributor.
- Robust backend expertise (Python preferred, Go, Node.js, or similar).
- Strong frontend expertise with modern frameworks (React preferred).




- Deep understanding of APIs, data flows, and distributed systems.
- Experience designing systems for high availability and performance.
- Strong understanding of trade-offs in distributed systems.
- Experience handling large codebases and complex domains.
- Strong experience with testing strategies, CI/CD, and production operations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices.
- Systems thinker with a bias for clarity and simplicity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
