Role Overview

As a City Head, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing hospital

partnerships, and leading city-level sales operations. You will oversee Area Sales Managers and

Sales Executives across multiple hospitals, ensuring achievement of business targets,

operational excellence, and strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive city-level revenue and business growth in line with organizational goals.

• Lead and manage Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives across assigned hospitals.

• Build and strengthen relationships with hospital management, doctors, and key

stakeholders.

• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly,



and annual business targets.

• Monitor sales performance, productivity, and customer engagement across hospitals.

• Develop and execute city-specific sales and expansion strategies.

• Recruit, train, mentor, and retain high-performing sales teams.

• Track daily MIS, business performance metrics, and operational reports.

• Ensure smooth coordination with hospital partners and manage reconciliations.

• Enhance AffordPlan's brand presence and visibility within the assigned city/network.

• Drive process compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in B2C sales, business development, or channel management

• Preferred industries: FMCG and Telecom Most Prefdered BFSI, Insurance, Retail, Telecom, Healthcare, Consumer Services, or

Credit Cards.

• Proven experience in leading large sales teams and managing multiple locations.

• Solid stakeholder manage
