Role & responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, servers, and network environments.
- Administer LAN/WAN, VLAN, firewalls (Fortinet), and Sophos XDR security solutions.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and ensure high system availability.
- Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Provide SAP user support and end-user technical assistance.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware, software, and AMC services.
- Ensure IT security compliance, documentation, and infrastructure upgrades

Preferred candidate profile:-
- B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Network Administration.
- Hands-on experience with Fortinet Firewall, Sophos XDR, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
- Robust knowledge of network security, server administration, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Experience in the Automotive/Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and team management skills.
