We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter – Placement to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for client hiring requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures while maintaining robust relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary expectations and assist with offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Client Coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress and candidate pipelines.

Candidate Management
- Maintain a database of active and passive candidates.
