Key Responsibilities
- Handle in-store sales and convert walk-in enquiries into orders.
- Meet monthly sales and revenue targets set by the franchisee.
- Manage outlet operations: opening/closing, stock display, cleanliness, and upkeep.
- Maintain inventory records and coordinate restocking to avoid shortages.
- Handle cash, billing, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Build customer relationships, address complaints, and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain basic records of sales, leads, and customer feedback for reporting to the owner.
- Uphold brand standards, pricing, and service quality as per franchise guidelines.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of retail sales or outlet experience (freshers with strong communication may apply).
- Valuable spoken Hindi; working English an advantage.
- Basic computer/billing software and record-keeping skills.
- Presentable, customer-friendly, and able to work independently.
- Local knowledge of Bhopal market preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
