As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving our hiring strategy by sourcing quality talent, managing the recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

What You'll Do
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, recruitment websites, social platforms, and professional networks.
- Screen applications and conduct initial candidate assessments through calls and emails.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate suitability, experience, and salary expectations.
- Handle Non-Technical Hiring across multiple departments.
- Manage bulk hiring while maintaining hiring quality and timelines.




- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Ensure smooth onboarding by completing documentation accurately and on time.
- Prepare hiring forecasts and support recruitment planning.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in Non-Technical Hiring.
- Strong understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to identify the right talent fit for different business functions.
- Experience handling multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Preferred
- Experience in Headhunting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creative problem-solving approach with a positive attitude.
