Role Description The Senior Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad, responsible for driving sales growth across residential and commercial property solutions, as well as allied financial advisory services. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline,



conducting client meetings and site visits, and closing high-value transactions. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developers, channel partners, and financial institutions, while ensuring a consultative, transparent sales experience. The Senior Sales Manager will supervise and mentor sales team members, track performance metrics, and implement sales strategies aligned with company targets. The role also includes collaborating with leadership on market insights, pricing, promotional campaigns, and process improvements to support the company’s transition toward a proptech-driven model.
