Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Finance Head to lead and manage the organization's finance and account's function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, cash flow management, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Analyze financial performance and recommend cost-control measures.




- Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
- Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com.
- 7–12 years of relevant experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Busy, or ERP systems, along with advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
