Job Summary

The HR Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end human resource operations for the corporate day care centre. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, training, and maintaining a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with company policies and childcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews for teaching and support staff.
- Coordinate the hiring process and complete employee onboarding.
- Conduct induction programmes for current employees.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.

Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Organise employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.





Attendance & Payroll
- Monitor attendance, leave, and shift schedules.
- Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate with the payroll team.
- Maintain accurate HRIS and employee records.

Performance Management
- Assist in setting performance goals and conducting appraisals.
- Track employee performance and development plans.
- Support recognition and reward programmes.

Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programmes.
- Organise mandatory trainings related to child safety, POSH, first aid, and workplace compliance.
- Maintain training records and certifications.

Compliance & HR Administration
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Maintain statutory records and HR documentation.
- Support audits and compliance inspections.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and SOPs.

Employee Engagement
- Plan team-building activities and employee recognition progr
