Job Purpose

To manage export operations under Advance Authorization (AA) and EPCG schemes, ensuring timely shipment execution, Export Obligation (EO) fulfilment, EODC processing, and compliance with DGFT, Customs, and Foreign Trade Policy regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Exports Activities: -
- Customs Invoice & Packing List checking.
- Annexure preparation in SAP.
- Checklist Confirmation for filling of Shipping Bill.
- Exports Tracker updating regular
- Liaise with freight forwarders, CHAs and Warehouse departments for smooth export execution.

Export Documentation
- Review export documents including:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Checklist
- Shipping Bill
- e-BRC documentation
- Ensure accuracy of export documentation and compliance with Customs and DGFT requirements.
- Verify correct declaration of Advance Authorization and EPCG license details in Shipping Bills.

Advance Authorization & EPCG Management
- Monitor exports against Advance Authorization and EPCG licenses.
- Maintain license-wise records of FOB value, quantity exported,



and Export Obligation achievement.
- Track Export Obligation (EO) fulfilment and license validity.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure achievement of export commitments within prescribed timelines.
- Support amendments, extensions, and regularization of licenses whenever required.

EODC & License Redemption
- Prepare and maintain data required for EODC (Export Obligation Discharge Certificate) applications.
- Reconcile Shipping Bills, Export Invoices, e-BRCs, and DGFT records.
- Submit EODC applications through the DGFT portal.
- Coordinate with DGFT authorities for redemption and closure of Advance Authorization and EPCG licenses.
- Respond to deficiency letters and provide supporting documents for EODC approval.
- Maintain records of redeemed, pending, and under-process licenses.

Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with DGFT regulations, Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), Customs.
