Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth of industrial capital products by developing new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves consultative selling, technical presentations, techno-commercial negotiations, and coordination with engineering, service, and operations teams throughout the sales cycle. Industrial capital equipment sales typically involve long sales cycles, multiple decision-makers, and solution-based selling.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and develop new customers in manufacturing, automotive, engineering, pharmaceuticals,



food processing, FMCG, steel, cement, and other industrial sectors.
- Generate new enquiries through customer visits, networking, consultants, OEMs, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Sales & Account Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations.
- Handle techno-commercial negotiations and close orders.
- Manage key customer relationships and ensure repeat business.

Market Development
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify current applications and business opportunities.
- Develop strategic plans for territory growth.

Project Coordination
- Coordinate with engineering, service, logistics, and finance teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor order execution until installation and commissioning.
