Role Description
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at Mundra, Adani SEZ. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for candidates who are passionate about IT support and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop and laptop systems.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues.
* Installation and maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems.
* Diagnose and resolve technical problems with minimal downtime.
* Perform preventive maintenance of IT equipment.
* Document support activities and maintain service records.
* Coordinate with team for issue resolution.
* Provide professional and timely technical support to end users.

Qualifications
* Diploma (IT/Computer Science) / ITI (Computer) or equivalent.
* Basic knowledge of Windows OS, desktop hardware, networking, and printers.
* Knowledge of CCTV systems will be an added advantage.
* Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
* Good communication and customer handling skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
