Role Overview

Vidysea Education is seeking a dedicated Academic & Career Counsellor based in Indore or Ajmer. This role centers on core student guidance, psychometric evaluations, and interactive workshops across partner schools. While you will represent Vidysea to school leadership, your main focus will be empowering Grade 612 students and their parents with explicit domestic and global higher education roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Counselling & Mentorship

1-on-1 Guidance: Conduct personalized career discovery sessions for middle and high school students based on psychometric assessments and personal interests.

Higher Education Advisory: Guide students and parents on stream selection, university options (India & Overseas), entrance exam strategies, and profile building.





Application & Profile Building: Assist high schoolers with essay editing, Statement of Purpose (SOP) formulation, portfolio development, and university application roadmaps.

Workshops & Seminars: Deliver engaging interactive sessions, career orientation seminars, and psychometric interpretation workshops inside partner school campuses.

2. School Engagement & Relations

School Relationship Management: Serve as the primary academic liaison for school principals, management, and internal counsellors in the region.

Institutional Coordination: Plan and execute Vidysea's career programs, campus events, and university fairs within partner schools.

Academic Outreach: Introduce Vidysea's career guidance framework to new prospective schools through consultative discussions and academic demonstrations rather than cold pitches.
