Role Description
The Clinical Psychologist will provide direct psychological services to young people, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, administering and interpreting psychological tests, and maintaining accurate clinical records. The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, offering guidance to program staff, and contributing to mental health awareness and psychoeducation initiatives.



The Clinical Psychologist will participate in case discussions, supervise or mentor junior practitioners where appropriate, and support the design of youth-focused mental health programs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to work with diverse youth populations.
- Proficiency in Counseling Psychology, including individual, group, and family-based interventions.
- Experience with Psychological Testing, including administration, scoring, and interpretation of standard assessment tools.
- Ability to provide Clinical Supervision to interns or junior professionals, promoting ethical and evidence-based practice.
- Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology from a recognized institution.
