Role Description
This is a remote, contract role for a Freelance Architect. The Freelance Architect will collaborate with the studio to develop architectural concepts, create detailed design drawings, and refine layouts for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing plans and 3D models, coordinating design revisions based on client feedback, and aligning architectural solutions with functionality, aesthetics, and budget requirements.



The role also involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure design intent is maintained through project documentation and, when needed, providing guidance during implementation.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development and detailed planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to using design and visualization tools, BIM platforms, or project collaboration software.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including task coordination, timeline management, and clear communication with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with building codes and standards.
