Job Overview

Ace Stayz Pvt Ltd is looking for a results-driven Revenue Manager to own top-line revenue growth across our hotel and homestay portfolio. This is not a listings-maintenance role — you will be measured on RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy growth, using OTA channels, pricing strategy, and market intelligence as your levers to hit those numbers. The ideal candidate treats every property like a P&L; they're accountable for.

Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue targets (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy etc)



for an assigned set of properties and report against them weekly/monthly
- Build and execute dynamic pricing strategies that respond to demand, seasonality, local events, and competitor movement to maximize yield — not just fill rooms
- Identify and act on revenue-leakage points: under-priced inventory, poor rate parity, weak channel mix, missed upsell opportunities
- Use OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, etc.) as revenue channels — manage listings and inventory only to the extent they serve pricing and visibility strategy
- Run competitor and market benchmarking to spot pricing headroom and demand surges before they happen
- Forecast demand and set rate calendars in advance, rather than reacting to occupancy dips
- Analyze booking data to find patterns worth acting on (length-of-stay trends, lead-time trends, cancellation drivers) and translate them into pricing/promotion decisions
- Recommend and test new revenue stre
