Job Title: Branch Manager – Sales

Reports To Regional Sales Manager / Area Manager

Job Summary

The Branch Manager – Sales is responsible for the overall sales performance, profitability, and operational management of the branch. The role involves leading the sales team, driving business growth, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining regulatory compliance, and achieving organizational objectives while fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

· Develop and execute branch sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

· Drive customer acquisition, retention, and business expansion within the assigned territory.

· Identify current market opportunities and establish relationships with corporate, institutional, and retail customers.

· Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives.

· Promote cross-selling and upselling of products and services.

· Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective sales plans.





Branch Operations

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and service excellence.

· Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.

· Monitor branch productivity, expenses, and profitability.

· Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting of business activities.

· Ensure effective inventory, cash, and asset management where applicable.

· Team Leadership

· Lead, motivate, and develop the branch sales and operations teams.

· Set individual and team performance goals aligned with organizational objectives.

· Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring sessions.

· Identify training needs and support employee development initiatives.

· Foster a positive, ethical, and performance-driven work environment.
