About Us

Athlene Sports & Fitness LLP is one of Kerala's leading sports and fitness equipment retailers and distributors. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to manage procurement, vendor relationships, inventory planning, and ensure timely product availability across our business.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute purchasing activities for sports, fitness, and lifestyle products.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for the best pricing and terms.
- Generate and manage purchase orders.
- Track order status and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory availability.
- Analyse sales trends and forecast purchasing requirements.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, accounts, and sales teams.
- Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Source new products and vendors to expand the product range.





Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and organisational abilities.
- Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory/POS software.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in retail, sports, or FMCG procurement will be an added advantage.
